See, it all started about a year ago when I stumbled across a White Stripes song that I really enjoyed, called Fell In Love With A Girl. (You can watch the music video here.) And it had one line that I just couldn't get out of my head. It said, "Bobby said it's fine, he don't consider it cheating." Genius, right? And so it came to me then that this saying must be on a t-shirt. But, after a little research, namely googling those lyrics and the word "t-shirt" together, I found that no such t-shirt was in existence and forgot about it soon enough.
But this summer I found a custom tee shop on Urban Outfitters that quite impressed me, and while I pondered what I could possibly want to put on a t-shirt, it all came rushing back to me. So, here it is folks. The latest and greatest t-shirt, fresh from the Post Office today! Designed by yours truly. Meant to confuse the ignorant and excite those with equally great music taste, it's sure to be a hit on campus!
This is the, "I'll tolerate you taking a picture of me right now, but only barely," pose.

Would you prefer that I keep to myself the fact that "its" should have an apostrophe? Other than that, nice job.
ReplyDeleteI'm well aware of that. However, that font was only letters and no special characters. I figured it was too much of a pain to add the apostrophe. Sorry to let you down.
DeleteA misplaced "its" is less annoying than a misplaced "it's." Or any misplaced apostrophe for that matter. You should make another shirt that says: "This shirt doesn't say anything about bacon."
ReplyDeleteGenius. Absolutely genius. Something must be done about this ridiculous bacon fad, and I'm just the woman for it.
